• Passenger count (optional)
• Notes you choose to include (optional)

When you use our website, we may collect limited technical data such as device and browser information. We use this to keep the site secure and improve performance.

3. Children's data

Ridebook's services may relate to school transport, but this website is intended for adults (parents/guardians and operators).

Please do not submit sensitive information about a child (such as medical details). If you include a child's name in free-text notes, that information may be stored along with your request.

4. Why we use your data (purposes)

We use your personal data to:

• Receive and process your quote requests
• Contact you about your request and early access (e.g., by email/phone)

You can request deletion at any time (see Section 10).

We do not sell your personal data.
